  • How do I get a course ID?

    Course ID?
    First please you must ask your Professor for your course ID.  If your professor has not provided a course ID  and you like to take advantage of our awsome tutoring videos and (questions/answers ) by course lesson and topic,  here is the link for all the available course at this moment.
  • I'm having problems completing an online purchase. What do I do?

    I Can Not see my Course(s)!
    We are sorry to hear that! Please Login and go to (this link).  You will see the attempted transaction here. In able to access the course you need to successfully complete the transaction. To complete transaction follow these steps:
    1. Go to your (my account page)
    2. Click on your order Number   --- If you have no orders (please reffere to:  How do I Joint a New Course? below )
    3. Select on the Product you want to complete transaction for.
    4. Add desire product to cart.
    5. Proceed to check out – Please make sure you use same email as the one found on your account .
    6. When payment is completed successfully, you will receive a notification and a receipt for the transaction. ( keep this in a save place in case you might need it )
    7. Login – go to your profile and – click on  your course – enjoy! :)
      If you have proof of payments, please by all means provide us with the correct receipt (attach a copy of your transaction to this Form) and we will correct the issue ASAP.
  • How do I retrieve my username and/or password?

    I Don't Remember My User name!
    If you've forgotten your Scorenit account Sign-in information, you can retrieve it at any time through the Username and Password Retrieval.
  • How do I join a new course?

    I want to register for a New course!
    Double check that you have the correct Course ID and go to Search for Courses. (please follow the steps from there)
  • I can't enroll in my course. What should I do?

    Can't enroll?
    First please make sure you have the correct course ID and corroborate with your Professor.  If your professor has not provided a course ID  and you like to take advantage of our awesome tutoring videos and (questions/answers ) by course lesson and topic,  here is the link for all the available course at this moment.
  • How do I retake a course or enroll in a multi-semester course?

    Retake a Course?
    Once a Course access is purchase you have 4-5 moths depending on the semester. Once this time is completed you will have to repurchase the same Course. If you like to purchase a new course just search for the new course ID here .
  • How long is my Course subscription?

    Subscription Length?
    Your account will be active for 5 months after the last login.  Please Note that your account might be removed or deactivated, if there is suspicious activity of multiple logins from 2 different devices at once. In this case an email will notify you before any changes are made to your account. In case you will like to get more information on the status of the account best option is to open a ticket here.
  • Where can I find information about my account?

    Please Check:
    1. Internet Connection 
    2. Check your email (inbox/spam) and follow instructions to Activate you account  
    3. If your account is not Activated; you will NOT have access to Gallery (Video/Image) 
    4. After checking all this information (you can open a ticket here  under a. Member's Support/ b. Gallery link)
  • How do I Navigate on this Site?

  • I didn't receive a confirmation email. What do I do?

    Didn't Get a confirmation E-mail!
    We are sorry to hear that! First please Double Check Spam or trash Folder for the welcome e-mail.  you have enter the correct email  in Both Registration and Purchase Information. If You think they are different then Latter on You will need to change the E-mail. Please contact us via this 1. form  and  2Select Member's Support team or email us at [email protected] with the following information.
    1. User name
    2. Attach Purchase receipt image to the support form or e-mail.

What I know now that I wish I knew then: Stick with one plan and be consistent sooner or latter it will pay off.
